
The Harry Oppenheimer Diamond Training School is a joint venture project of the Diamond Foundation of South Africa in partnership with De Beers. The Master Diamond Cutters Association and the Rough Diamond Dealers Association constitute the membership of the Diamond Foundation of South Africa.
Full days, Monday to Friday 07:30 - 16:00.

All other Foreign candidate fees US$5,250.00 inclusive of VAT.
Only a limited number of candidates can be accommodated.
A registration deposit of 50% is payable to secure the candidate's place.
The balance of the course fee must be paid before or on the day the course begins. NO TERMS.
The Diamond Training School has developed this course for a person who wants to:
The course is mainly practical and it is presented in a factory environment.
Theory consists of background to the practical.
Sketches of stones are drawn to analyse if the student has grasped the concept of the practical work to be performed.
After successful completion of all required work, and examinations (that will include the polishing of a diamond with all it's facets) regular attendance of 95% and all fees and charges paid, the Harry Oppenheimer Diamond Training School will award the candidate with a certificate.
Candidates will be subject to the disciplinary code of the Harry Oppenheimer Diamond Training School. Any candidate who is in breach of its code will be liable to suspension or expulsion without refund of fees paid.
The course is presented in English. Candidates must be able to understand and converse in this language.
